Read This Before You Go

Alpine Asset Architects, LLC, doing business as Adventure, a Montana limited liability company with its principal office at 1001 S Main St, Ste #600, Kalispell, MT 59901(“Adventure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes missions and guides as planning inspiration. Adventure travel is rewarding because it carries real risk. We help you plan. We cannot make the outdoors safe.

This page supplements the assumption of risk, safety disclaimer, and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control.

Guidance Is a Starting Point

Missions describe experiences at a high level: the idea, the rough shape of a trip, and the things worth booking first. They are not step-by-step itineraries, route descriptions, or substitutes for current, local, expert information.

Conditions change constantly. Weather, trail and road status, permits, closures, wildlife, water levels, avalanche and fire risk, and political situations can all shift quickly and dramatically.

You Are Responsible for Your Own Safety

Before any trip, do your own research and planning appropriate to the activity. That means checking official and local sources, understanding the real difficulty and hazards, carrying the right gear and skills, and honestly assessing whether you and your group are prepared.

• Check official sources (park services, weather, authorities) close to your travel date.
• Match the activity to your actual experience and fitness, not your ambitions.
• Carry appropriate insurance, including evacuation cover where relevant.
• Hire qualified local guides for technical or high-consequence activities.
• Know when to turn back. The mountain will still be there.

Not a Guide Service

Adventure is not a guide service, tour operator, outfitter, or travel agent. We do not inspect or supervise any activity, location, or third-party provider. We do not hold permits for your trip. We do not provide emergency response. Field decisions, including whether to start, continue, or withdraw, are yours alone.

No Liability for Outcomes

Adventure provides inspiration and general planning information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from the use of information on this site or from any trip you choose to take. Your decisions, and their consequences, are your own.

The aggregate liability cap and related limitations in the Terms of Service apply to this page, including the US $100 floor where no fees have been paid to Adventure.

Third-Party Operators

When you book flights, stays, tours, gear, or guides through partner links, your contract is with that provider. Their terms, cancellation policies, and safety practices apply. Read them. Adventure does not warrant that any provider is licensed, insured, or competent.
